This policy describes how personal data collected through this site (dennis.d-enterprise.cc) is processed, in compliance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 («GDPR») and Italian Legislative Decree 196/2003 as amended by Decree 101/2018.

1. Data controller

The data controller is Dennis Sepede (a natural person), based in Taranto, Italy. For any request regarding your personal data, write to [email protected].

2. What data I collect

  • Data you provide voluntarily through the contact form: name, email address and the content of your message.
  • Technical data: your IP address, collected when the form is submitted, solely to prevent abuse and spam.

No other data is collected. The site does not use analytics, advertising tracking cookies or profiling, and does not involve account creation.

3. Purpose and legal basis

  • Replying to your requests sent through the form. Legal basis: your consent (Art. 6.1.a GDPR), given by ticking the relevant box before sending.
  • Preventing abuse, spam and automated submissions. Legal basis: the controller's legitimate interest in the security of the service (Art. 6.1.f GDPR).

4. Third-party tools and providers

To deliver the service I rely on the following providers, acting as data processors:

  • Mailgun (Sinch): email delivery of messages sent through the form. This may involve a transfer of data to the United States, governed by Standard Contractual Clauses (SCC) and the Data Privacy Framework.
  • Cloudflare: delivery and protection of the site; it processes traffic data, including the IP address, for security and operational purposes.

The site is hosted on self-hosted infrastructure controlled directly by the controller. Typefaces are served locally (no calls to Google Fonts or external services). No data is sold or shared with third parties for marketing.

5. Data retention

  • Messages received through the form are kept for as long as needed to handle the request and meet any legal obligations, and in any case no longer than 24 months, unless a professional relationship arises.
  • IP addresses in technical logs are kept for a short period (normally no longer than 30 days) for security purposes.

6. Your rights

Under Articles 15-22 of the GDPR you have the right to access your data, request its rectification or erasure, restrict or object to its processing, obtain its portability and withdraw your consent at any time. To exercise these rights, write to [email protected]. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (Garante per la protezione dei dati personali).

7. Security

The site uses an encrypted connection (HTTPS/TLS). The contact form is protected by anti-spam mechanisms (honeypot, time check and per-IP submission limit). No special categories of data or payment data are collected.

8. Minors

The site is not intended for minors under 16 and does not knowingly collect their data.

9. Changes

This policy may be updated over time; the date of the latest revision is shown at the top of the page.
